Cartoonist/Illustrator - Beldon Haigh Music Video

We are making a 4-minute music video and we want to give it this visual style: [login to view URL] We will do the animation - however, we need someone to create the characters and backgrounds for all the panels and provide them to us as Adobe Illustrator (or After Effects) files. Currently, our band plays political satire and uses masks of World Leaders for live playing. You can see examples of our other music videos here: [login to view URL] We would like excellent versions of Trump, Putin and Kim Jong-Un in the visual style of the example video at the start of this post whilst retaining the feel of what the masks look like. Our budget for this is £750 for all characters and panel creation. We are also interested in any visual ideas that can be brought forward by the illustrator. A storyboard will be provided as guidance for the assets needed to be created. Ideally, we're looking for someone who has skills both as a cartoonist and an illustrator. We want to start working on this ASAP.
