I would like to hire an Illustrator

I am creating a fantasy role playing rules set that will take the world by storm. I have just finished the text of the first portion, rules for PSIonics, (powers of the mind such as telepathy), and need a full color illustration for the cover, as well as a few ink drawings for the inner pages. These would need to be along the fantasy gendre. Update: The book will be booklette style 8 1/2 x 11. The cover illustration will be a full color image, preferably a bust style picture of a bearded wizard character. The inside pages will require a few, perhaps five depending on price, pen and ink drawings. These will be simple and relatively small, perhaps around 2 x 3 or so, of anything fantasy related, although drawings pertaining to the "examples" I am providing in the text would be strongly preferred. This will be the first of several books defining these FRP rules. Whomever I hire to do this project will have strong preferential consideration for the others, as I am very strongly inclined to use the same illustrator for all of them to maintain continuity. 9/29 For the cover . . . If I could illustrate it myself well enough to publish, I would create the picture of the bust or rough equivalent frame of a wizard type individual. I am open to a very wide array of possibilities, as long as it is a fantasy style image. I have no preference for the age, race, skin color, hair color, etc. of the pictured individual, as long as it is creative, inspiring in some way, and clearly depicts an individual one would think of as a "mage" or "wizard" or "sorcerer". The image I provided is only a concept sketch. However, if I were to flesh it out it would be a very dark haired, olive skinned man with a thick beard drawn into a long braid with various metal ornaments adorning the braid. This beard would include a thick mustache. His face would be a healthy but wizened perhaps 50 ish man clearly physically vital, but bearing the mild marks of age like small lines. I drew the iconic moon and stars hat, but that is 100% optional/expendable. Any imaginative garments/robes are acceptable. The facial expression I would shoot for would be a smiling but slightly sinister or inquisitive or focused/concentrating one. The hands of this individual would be visible in front of him/her with a prayer-like clasping of palms, and in some way there would be an illustration of a some kind of subtle but visible aura around the head. The more creative and interesting the individual/surroundings/garments, etc. the better.
