I believe my experience is a strong match for the responsibilities pertaining to this role. In my recent position, I am a Sales Development Representative which means we focused on delivering Sales Qualified Leads to the sales team. The key objective is to set appointments that will lead to sales. To achieve success we do the following:
1. We cold-call and send personalized outreach messages via LinkedIn and Gmail email to our clients before we explain the type of service offered.
2. Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential customers.
3. Explain products or services, and answer questions from customers.
4. Schedule appointments for sales closer to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales
5. Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders.
To reach small and medium businesses, we cold-called, emailed, and used Linkedin and Instagram to send personalized outreach messages. I connect with users and influencers in our target customer profile through these channels and engage with top-level executives. Most importantly I offer a personalized value proposition and invite QUALIFIED LEADS to introductory calls with the Account Executives.
