Looking laser printing up to A3 size worldwide

I need to find people in various countries worldwide who can fulfil sales of posters, fine art prints, calendars and similar. You will ideally have access to a laser printer such as an Oki 610N or similar, able to print in colour up to A3 size (420 mm x 297 mm, approx 16.5" x 12"). You will also need to own a combined binder / punch and a thumbnail cutter. I appreciate that in some countries the paper sizes are different, so if that is the case where you are, please tell me the sizes your printer can do.

This is a sales fulfilment job.

Any one South American country

Any one politically liberal Middle East country

Russia

India

Any one South East Asian country

Japan and / or Taiwan

Australia and / or New Zealand

Hong Kong

I cover Europe myself.

Payments will be based on a percentage of the sale price of each individual item

Typically an A3 calendar sold in Europe sells at about GBP 12.99 (about USD 19.99 or EUR 15.99) plus postage and packing. Your commission on that would be about GBP 3.50 (about USD 5.25 or EUR 4.20).

Calendars range from dance and fast cars, through clothed glamour, lingerie, topless, glamour and artistic nude. Calendars will be made available to you for your local market in local major languages and with local public holidays,

Please bid based on a multiple of GBP 3.50 with the number of calendars you would reasonably expect to sell each year. So if you expect to sell 200 then your bid would be GBP 700. I hope that is clear.
