Also in your response, please let us know your experience in each of the skill areas and what exposure you have had to clients like those listed on http://di.net.au. **** Skills and experience **** Your ability to write and speak fluently in English is a must for this work, we are building our team and several clients have requirements for Adwords management and auditing, keyword campaigns, analytics recommendations, landing pages, SEO and similar. You will be well regarded by knowing the latest analytics tools and being able to use them (Google Data Studio, SEMRush, Hotjar [heat map tracking] or other). It is important that more than setup adwords campaigns, you can self manage yourself and our client relationships, giving business recommendations on what you will be focusing on for the month, how the campaign performed, how to improve them and then doing the improvement. **** Workload and interacting with out staff **** Initially you will get 2-20 hours a week of work, leading to full-time. Ideally, we want to engage a company that has an Account Manager and relevant technical staff. You will be required to interact directly with our clients, responding to tickets within our Jira and Confluence system, also speaking to them on the phone as you do more work with us. If you are not familiar with Jira, Confluence and BitBucket (our code repository), it is our Atlassian Software Stack that we use as our Project Management system; we are open to teaching this if you have not used it, though prior experience would be very valuable. **** Performance payment **** We are happy to provide up to 40% of your monthly billing as a performance bonus, based on high quality work and timely response rates. You will be measured on - IRT (Initial Response Time) - how quickly you respond to tickets assigned to you in our project management system ORT (Overall Response Time) - how quickly things get resolved from start to finish Quality - are things accurate when delivered? Do we need to ask you to redo work for containing spelling mistakes, missing elements or lacking attention to detail?
