I run a small marketing agency in the US and am fairly experienced with native ads. I need an expert to help me to research, setup and optimize campaigns. I will usually provide strategic direction. I can also usually provide direction in terms of audiences, demographics, etc. It is vital that you are an expert at using native platforms and that you know all the tricks and techniques. I am looking for someone who is also good at 'brainstorming' and coming up with ideas. If a campaign is not performing, I am looking for someone who knows how to come up with other ideas. Success on this project will likely mean you will have the opportunity to work on all my projects and clients. Competency, professionalism, clarity in communication and humility are important to me. I've been here on Freelancer for 10 years. I maintain accounts on Upwork and other platforms. I am looking for long term relationships with my partners. I even travel to Europe, India and China to meet my partners. You are important to me but you must be a true expert for this to work; this is not the project for someone who is still figuring things out. I will be looking at your past projects to find success with similar projects. Finally, you must be available at least some part of the business day on US-CDT time. If you are never available between 9am and 5pm CDT, delays in communication are too much.
