PPC / SEM / Adwords / eCommerce / Online Marketing Manager Requirements Digital marketing agency experience required 1-3 year hands on experience with Facebook ad planning and buying (self-serve) strongly preferred 1-3 year hands on experience with paid search marketing (Google, Bing and Yahoo) is required Experience with Google Display Network Experience managing multi-million dollar yearly media budgets Experience with A/B and/or multivariate testing of ads and landing pages Experience with bid management platforms such as Kenshoo, Marin or SearchForce Ability to perform media performance analysis using statistics and experience in identifying trends on large data sets (you can use pivots and VBA) Good understanding of digital marketing and marketing principles Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations, action plans, and campaigns that drive high ROI Excellent PC skills and minimum advanced proficiency in MS office desktop applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, etc) required. Self-motivated with ability to take initiative with minimal supervision. Strategic thinker, creative and innovative Strong verbal and written communications required. Excellent time and project management skills, with the ability to identify and respond to situations rapidly Ad trafficking and pixel implementation experience – rich media, standard display, text and re-directs Proven track record in managing ad campaigns using online automation to manage projects, purchase media, integrate data, serve ads, target users, and report on performance. Operational hours: 9-6pm Eastern Standard Time (Sydney), Monday to Friday. Must be willing to monitor campaigns as needed outside of operational hours Active Paid Media certifications preferred Note: We are not looking for an ageny.
