Looking for a Facebook, Instagram and Google ADVERTISING GURU for marketing campaign to capture market for seasonal vacation rental condos in a building that rents like a hotel. Immediate hire needed, only rents for the months of July, August & September!
GOAL:
The main objective is to target the right audience on those platforms to market our units and increase occupancy.
1. create ADS
2. create market analysis for best target audience (NJ, Philadelphia, PA & NY)
3. manage the marketing campaign across Instagram, Facebook and Google and/or set up the campaigns for easy self-management
We own 4 units and have direct links to our units for rentals from the Management Company that we are permitted to market on our own. For this project we will be creating marketing plans for two of the units so that we can compare the difference in occupancy with a new marketing plan verses the current one managed by the management company - one studio with ocean views and a top floor one bedroom with ferris wheel views of the boardwalk. We already pay the management company to market our properties so we don't have a big budget and know there are ways to market on these sites for free but with the priority being the safety of the building and guests right now, we need help marketing to regain some of our lost revenue with the late season opening. This is a seasonal building so we only have a few days to maximize exposure since the bulk of rentals are July and August and a few in September.
If this process is affordable and successful, I am on the Board of the HOA and we have 60 other owners that can benefit from a targeted marketing campaign. Please be able to provide examples of work, positive reviews and experience. Thanks!
