Marketing Specialist needed for ongoing project (hourly or fixed price)

We need a marketing specialist to help us in our small business for a few hours a month (we specialize in Graphic Design, Web Design and Printing)
-You will help us develop marketing strategies for the business.
-Create and execute lead generation programs as well as Ad campaigns.
-Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency
-Ensure creative marketing materials are effective.
-Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to the director.
Hourly project $2-$15 or a maximum of CAD $100 a month.
