Marketing and Virtual Assistant for a Music Startup

We're looking for a young talented virtual assistant who has great communication skills, as well as being able to analyze data and connect dots of patterns, as well as to be able to understand what a Mobile App is and know about marketing.
The primary work for the right candidate will be to find targets within the music community (mainly bands and artist managers) and reach out to them by email or phone and sales it. But also to do some other marketing things like posting on groups about this Mobile App, as well as emailing publications and blogs to get the word out. Mention the word happy band in the application so I know you've read through the whole description.
The candidate will also have to reach out to existing app users to hear about their experience and what other features they might like, also to respond to feedback emails.
Candidate should preferably be a very friendly person. Playing a music instrument or being part in a band is a plus. I don't mind time zone differences, but Candidate should be easy to reach
