Job description:
We are looking for a passionate Marketing Manager who will partner with our growing business and ensure the long-term success of our customers.
You will be responsible to be proactive in managing the brand of the product and managing clients and partners, generate new business opportunities, responsible for developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. You will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

Your prior experience:
We give preference to applicants who have had previous experience in the speaker industry and / or with startups. (While this is not a must for you to apply, it´s definitely an advantage when comparing you with other candidates.)
Responsibilities
Be proactive in prospecting new clients and generating business opportunities and partners
Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and customer stakeholders
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Establish clear goal and key account metrics and develop plans for achieving these
Forecast and track key account metrics
Communicate clearly the progress of plan initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Identify and grow opportunities within different territories and customer segments
Collaborate with Management team to ensure growth attainment
Requirements
Proven sales and client acquisition experience
Proven account management or other relevant experience
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Be able to monitor and update your daily tasks in an autonomous way
Very solid understanding of business matters
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
BA/BS degree or equivalent
MBA good but not necessary
Your language skills:
You are fluent in English (mandatory) - written and spoken. (almost no detectable accent preferred).
