PPC Call-Only Ads Campaign Partnership

I am looking for someone who has great experience creating call-only adwords campaigns. I have several service-type businesses (HVAC, Construction, etc) who are paying me to generate leads for them. I am not that advanced with call-only ads, so I am looking for someone to help me jump-start their campaigns. I will offer a 50% split on each lead that the business receives. For example, if the lead costs me $10 worth of PPC ads then I will sell it to the business for $25. You would receive half of that profit. These business want at least 10 calls per day...it will add up really fast for you. I already have the AdWords campaigns setup and running, but just need someone to look over them and make a few adjustments to get the calls coming in. Let me know if you are interested.
