Research LMS tool and do comparison analysis between tools

I need you to do deep research into tools that I can use to manage my courses that I hold in-person.

Some tools that I found:

1. Canva LMS

2. Arlo LMS

3. Access Planit

4. Moodle

But they don't exactly meet my requirements

The deliverable of this project is to create a matrix analysis of the features I need, which I'm going to mention below, with screenshots of every tool, and at the end a recommendation tool that wins.

What we work on is coding bootcamps, and it’s a single course that takes number of students through different phases of the bootcamp (more than 15 weeks with the same students) and the bootcamp is split it into multiple phases, each phase has different instructors, and sometimes within the phase there are multiple instructors leading the class. Sometimes it’s class based. But the problem is with all different LMS’s, we have to create multiple courses to have different instruction team, but the problem with that is we’re going to have different registrations.

Also, we sometimes use our own admission system, were we do the filtration outside the LMS, and then accept the students (sometimes it’s sponsored seats, and we need to do the filtration based on their tests internally, we can’t open it to the public, and whoever pays gets accepted)

That’s why the researching part of the TMS tool was a bit tough. And notice that we’re looking for TMS not LMS, because we need to manage trainees and trainers with time and venue allocation. At the same time, we don't want to only focus on courses management, venue and instructors allocation, we would also want to have a learning management system where it has an instructor dashboard and enables the instructor to create a scope of sequence of their course and add lesson plans and hour by hour structure, slides going to be presented, exercises that are going to be given in class, activities, etc...

The requirements of the TMS/LMS tool

1. Have an admin access who can create courses, create instructors' profiles, and assign instructors to courses.

2. Have a customized registration form and assessments that can calculate the submission grade, and pass or reject the person who is admitted. (If this feature is not built in, maybe you can research if it can integrate with 3rd parties applications).

3. It includes instructors profiles and CVs, and every instructor how many lectures they took.

4. Reporting system on every course, instructors evaluation, content evlauation, and others.

5. Attendance taking (students can do check in with geolocation is a bonus) and reporting on the attendance. Students can make a sick leave request, and it has to be approved from their managers

6. Students' detailed grades in both practical and theoritical and for every project with graphs and analysis of the students performance over the different courses

7. CRM system that includes all students details, and courses they took, grades in every course.

8. A class outline schedule and lesson plan (an instructor can add the outline of the course and its details, and for every class, they can add the modules they are teaching with their references. The instructor can create an hourly breakdown of what they will be explaining by minutes.)

9. Able to customize the dashboard, white label it and have custom domain

10. Custom regierstation flow and integration with 3rd party tools (i.e. Zapier)

11. Surveys on a daily basis for instructors and content. should get a report for each

12. Creating a single course with multiple phases each phase has multiple instructors but same students across all phases.
