Mobile project integration with Phonegap

We have an ipad app that is written in Sencha Touch. All features are finished and we have it wrapped in Phonegap and working on the ipad. We need someone that is very familiar with Phonegap to integrate the Phonegap inAppPurchaseManger plugin and configure it for subscription and autorenewal.

Final deliverable should be the app working in the Apple Sandbox. We have all developer accounts.
