Recreate a flash animation in HTML5 or JQuery

I have a flash animation that we need to recreate using something that will be visible on ipads and iphones, maybe html5 or jquery? Get in touch if you want to have a look at the animation in the header of a website If this is something you can do could you give me a quote on the costs and timings involved. We have a good copy of the logo too if you think that helps? A gif would work if the quality is good enough. As long as it works well on ipad / iphone that would be fine. We also want the animation to stop at some point so it then acts as just the logo.
