Finance App

Hi I need an experienced developer/programmer to create a finance application that will do/have the following: - Repayment calculator. calculate what the repayments will be on a mortgage, including an option of Extra repayments and how much a person can save on interest from paying extra into their mortgage - affordability calculator, work out how much a person can borrow. also, offer to shop for rates LIVE from local lenders - refinance calculator, to compare existing rate with rates in the market - compare rates - comparing rates LIVE from lenders This is not detailed description; there are more features to it, but in essence, it is relatively simple app, except for rates comparison part.I suppose that there should be some sort of database in place to have all those rates. which will need to be updated on regular basis. I will need an expert in not only creating apps but also creating databases for apps. I know someone who can suggest the most effective and efficient way of doing this. Also, I am very much visual so I would appreciate if someone could send their sketches. It is not a requirement, but would be desirable. thanks in advance, Shaun
