This is the situation:

My name is Recep and i have applied for a job as an Blackberry UEM Expert. Now i am already in the interview process and i need someone who will teach me the core principles to succeed the interview.

You will have to give me daily classes via Zoom.

After i got hired, the job will be ongoing and you will make sure, that i will become an Expert while i am already working in this role.

Here are the Skills requested on the job:

After an initial briefing on the systems and processes involved by the end customer, the expert should independently process the following activities with the system to be supported, the Blackberry UEM platform with all surrounding systems:

• The system to be managed is the Blackberry UEM platform with all surrounding systems

• Process-compliant implementation of maintenance activities, mainly in the third level area

• Process-compliant implementation of requirements management including the evaluation of requirements, as well as the continuation of any resulting orders for app development

• Process-compliant execution of recurring tasks in IT lifecycle management including patch / release management.

• Support the project manager with small projects

• Preparation of system changes and coordination of the system change on the change day

• Advice to requesters on specific projects

• Execution of functional tests for the supported applications

• Creation and revision of operating documents, know-how transfer in the HPSM system

Required skills:

• Good knowledge of the BlackBerry UEM platform, including from a third level perspective

• Experience in installing and upgrading the platform

• Long-term administration of the platform
