uiscrollview needs page controler + in app purchase fix

ny customer has:

- 2 different scroll views and need for every scroll view an easy page controller.

- he also eed a fix for the in app purchase plugin - there are 2 errors:

1 x Implicit conversion loses integer precision: 'NSUInteger' (aka 'unsigned long') to 'int'

and

3 x 'transactionReceipt' is deprecated: first deprecated in iOS 7.0

thats all. easy little fixes

PLEASE dont change the code - only fix the iap error and add the page control feature
