Write an iPad application

We are looking for NATIVE app to be developed for iPAD and iPhone. Scope. 1. A interface to input values. 2. Provision to select,upload multiple files and attach to a single record. 3. App should work offline, as this app will be used by technician at site where no internet connection will be available. 4. Provision to upload Google Map screenshot. 5. All offline data to be stored in iPAD/IPhone MS-ACCESS Database. 6.
