write and iPhone/ipad application

Need a drawing and creative art app to have: 1) Instant camera shoot and open/save to photos Library 2) Have a set of objects (each a jpg) and be able to put one or several objects (same or different objects) on a photo 3) Each object needs to be able to resized and disordered (stretched from each corner) 4) Objects need to be able to be moved and deleted 5) Objects need to have opacity configuration panel 6) Undo/Redo steps are required 7) Portrait and Landscape mode are required to be responsive 8) Zoom in/out is required to have more accuracy 9) Each object needs to have a text label 10) Share the final outcome feature to Telegram, Instagram, WhatsApp, Skype, Facebook, Linkedin, email, print and all common channels 11) App needs to have name and logo (I will give you both) 12) App needs to have advertisement banners ( I will give you but need the option to manage ads by myself independently) 13) Aspect ratio of all photos and logos and banners should be kept as given or loaded from library. No change in aspect ratio is accepted. 14) Option to create a new drawing from scratch is also required 15) A watermark is needed on each output no matter printing, sharing or saving 16)Need the app to be posted on apple store under my name and I will be the sole contact point after publish 17) Need the app for iPhone and iPad at this stage but for sure will ask for android version in future. So this contract will include only iPhone and iPad. Because of previous bad experience with a freelancer, I will pay the whole amount after the job is finished, tested and confirmed on my own device and finally posted on apple store. Many thanks
