Beta Program is an internal project. It is used by support team to send invites to customer for the beta releases of 1E’s product. Support person select the customer from the list and send mail to them at the same time the selected beta product version gets available for the customer to download from Support Portal. From support portal customer can send their feedback and reports which can be visible to support team via Beta Program website. Support team can also see the reports in tabular as well as in chart format.
