Add some jquery features in rails app

We have a website ready but some of the things not working. It's a ruby on rails app, so we want someone who knows how to handle it. We want someone to add jquery date picker, jquery location autocomplete, and something like google map to tell the distance and approx time between two places.
And also our bootstrap modal is not working, so you also need to fix that
