Create jquery drop down bar

I am looking to have a jquery plugin created that does the following: * When user hovers over an icon at the top of the page, a drop down bar slides down on the page * the drop down bar is to contain a facebook like and tweet button (these are to load either after the rest of the page has loaded or when user mouses over icon) * on mousout, the drop down bar is to slide back up again Please see attached screenshots/mockups Design skills will be needed (html/css) to make the bar look like the psd I will provide. Plugin needs to be well coded to ensure it loads fast and is efficient.
