Java CUDA pedestrian tracking

Hello,

need to create java standalone application acts as a server listening on socket connection using Java, CUDA and netty.io.

It has to continually receives streams (mpeg2, mjpeg or h264), takes pictures (frames) and recognizes pedestrians (tracking) by shapes, clothes / hair colours and measurements.

There will be defined part of screen with allowed directions for counting each pedestrian.

Results has to be saved into DB and sent message via JMS ActiveMQ.

All settings is in DB and has to be regularly updated.

Application has to be robust, stable and error proof.

Application will run on linux Debian Jessie as a standalone java application (/etc/init.d).

Logging via LogBack.

Server database will be PostgreSQL.

Target OS is Debian Jessie and Java 8

Buildable using Maven
