I want a java webapp (the java files and the binary files). The requirements:
* Multi login dashboard: build with java and authentication through a username + password
* User roles and access permissions: Admin, Editor and user
* The admin role has access to everything and can do everything (delete, modify, flag questionnaires and answers, add users), the editor can add users, edit and flag answers, modify questionnaires and approve filled out questionnaires. And the user can only fill out questionnaires and flag questions of the questionnaires
* Questionnaires: a library with template questionnaires that are there by default. Also building a new questionnaire (front end) and adding these to this library. All of the questionnaires should be customizable and have conditional logic (allows to configure to show or hide questions based on user selections)
* Filled out questionnaires should give an alert (possibility to sent an email) that it has been filled out and have the possibility for the reviewer to change, flag an answer or attach a document to it. Attachment will be a word/ pdf or jpeg document
* Status: the questionnaires should have possibilities to report on status (more info needed, completed, under review or green, orange, red)
* Inventory: that users can make by defining elements per category
* Inventory counter: ability to show a counter and filter the elements Can you tell me based on this how much time it will take and give me an estimate?
* design-wise it will be very basic, like a online dashboard where you can log in and have e menu (above or sideways) and 1 page with a report of the counter of status of the questionnaires (more info needed, completed, under review ect).
* questionnaires (and answers) will be provided by me and will be multiplus choice and open questions about common knowledge things, no calculation is needed
