Front End/Admin site design for Django-Oscar Web app/e-commerce site

DE has created, inhouse, an app using the Django-oscar framework that allows current branches i.e partners, to log in to the website to be diverted the the Oscar dashboard, where they can check stock availability at various branches. A onsite server is being setup and the platform is in the alpha testing phase.
DE has also designed and customised the Django-oscar models and for an e-commerce store for existing customers to access and order parts online. This is in development but a front end will be required soon for development testing.
DE requires a front end and admin site design in the tree structure form of oscars base templates, based on the SMARTY design templates.
