gauge component in grahic2D

I need a basic gauge class to display a guage. Built in JBuilder X if possible. I have samples of the gauge faces. I just need to be able to change have a hand or hands the can be positioned at any degree on the gauge. I need to be able to override the set position function in order to do any translations necessary. For example if the guage as values 0-60 or if the guage 0 point is on the left (see samples) I want it done in graphic2d so the hands can be drawn using polygon and be anti-aliased.
