Implement in Java on the Google Cloud Platform app engine.
Uses vanilla Google cloud vision to get classification.
No processing needed on the cloud vision result, it is passed as is to client.
Results cached in Google Cloud Datastore.
Client API utilizes our proven home grown encryption stack - we will provide Java code for that.
Client specifies the picture via URL or verbatim binary content.
Project must be managed on our GitHub.
