Program to pull data using Hadoop mapreduce, pig, hive or Spark

I need some help with writing some code using either Hadoop mapreduce, Java, pig, hive or spark. Depends on which one fits well with pulling the data. There’s 7 questions that will need to answered programmatically using any of these programming language. SAMPLE: Due to budget cutbacks, the postal services can only afford 1 mail deliverer. Even worse, that deliverer works only part-time. Postal services wants to minimize the amount of time that worker has to work in order to save money. Because of this, they are interested in the fastest way to visit all buildings and return back to the Main post office (BuildingOne). There are obvious routes that are terrible but the optimal route is not obvious. Your goal is to read in a file that gives the time in seconds to get from a building to every other building and determine the best possible route such that you start at BuildingOne, visit all other buildings and end at BuildingOne.
