Hi, I have experience working on Weblogic server environment. When the server has the state "FAILED_NOT_RESTARTABLE" you should check the server out/log file servers/{serverName}/logs/{serverName}.out /log to find the stacktrace of the problem. I have great experience in application server support. The error I present at start may be occurring due to the lack of response timeout of a service needed to start WebLogic. Possible cause of the problem would be the internal ldap provider being in an error state.

Having good experience in Oracle fusion middle ware products majorly into 1. Weblogic 2. SOA 3. OSB 4. OHS 5. Apache Webserver I'll try to solve the issue as I'm having 6+ years of experience in these area.
