Online Rummy Game Site - repost

Hi, We have a website which needs a poker game to be integrated. I need a freelancer to develop the game alone and the game should be rummy at present You can built it using any technology. I prefer Flex or Flash Action Script. Please bid only if you have developed any games before. PS: Payment will be done only after seeing some output. 20% after the design, 20% after each stage... we can divide the stages accordingly depending on the phases.
