Javascript /Jquery expert required to debug web events

We have this url : [login to view URL],-81.69181734323502,26.191605869708315,-81.69503599405289_rect/17_zm/1_p/

When you open this URL, the webpage is divided in two parts. Map on the left and data on the right.

Data on the right side is loaded by an AJAX call,

AJAX request URL contains a parameter "rect"

We need someone who can debug the javascript on this link to do the following

1. Figure out the "rect" parameter from the "rect" value available in the starting url that i gave. In other words, AJAX url has a different rect parameter than what the originating url has.

2. When you click zoom out, the rect parameter changes. I need to know the formula/calculation that is done by the javascript to come up with the new "rect" value.
