Features Must Include Website Templates Section: Layout must look identical to [login to view URL] and must have admin defined subsections such as: Website Templates, Flash Templates, Flash Intro Templates, SWiSH Templates, Dynamic flash photo gallery templates. E-commerce Templates Section: Layout must look identical to [login to view URL] and must have admin defined subsections such as: osCommerce Templates, CRE Loaded Templates, Zen car templates. CMS & Blog Templates Section: Layout must look identical to [login to view URL] and must have admin defined subsections such as: WordPress Themes, Php-Nuke Templates, PhpBB Templates, Joomla Templates, Mambo Templates. Branding and Corporate Design: Layout must look identical to [login to view URL] and must have admin defined subsections such as: Logos, Corporate Identity, Logo Sets, Icon Sets, Stationary. Search Section: Search section must look and work like [login to view URL] but with an additional search field: user should be able to search templates by author. View Template: Each template has its own preview page which displays miscellaneous information. This page should look like [login to view URL] Unique and Licensed Templates: The system must be able to sell unique and licensed templates. Unique templates should be automatically removed after a customer purchase it. Licensed templates can be purchased multiple times. Administrator must have the ability to set prices for unique and licensed templates. Automated Template Download Link System: When customers purchase the template of their choice using Paypal or 2Checkout and once payment has been made, the system should automatically create an unique download link and send it to the buyer through email for download. This unique link should have an admin defined expiration time. If customers make an unique purchase for the template, the template must be soft deleted from the database. Fraud Protection System: System must have a fraud protection system to prevent any fraud attempts to get the template illegally. User Uploaded Templates: Designers must be able to sign up and to upload templates of all categories to the system and get an admin defined commission per sale. All designer uploaded templates must be approved by admin before showcased in the site. Admin must be able to adjust any information submitted by designers. Designer Profile: Designers must be able to fill up a public profile including an avatar, display name and about me text. Designer profiles must include a list of templates submitted by the designer. Technology: The website must be developed using the django framework ([login to view URL]). It must use django’s build in template system, and ORM. The HTML layout must be tableless and tables should only be used for tabular data. MySQL or Postgresql must be used as database engine. Notes: Developer must grant full ownership of the code.
