convert joomla template to html template

I purchased a Joomla template, but don't actually want to use Joomla. I'm looking for someone who can convert the template into static html pages. Template demo is located here: [login to view URL] I need the following 9 pages converted into static html: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Instead of all that, I need 9 static html pages named: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] All internally referenced images, scripts, and styles should be organized into folders: css images scripts PLEASE DO NOT BID unless you know what you're getting into. This is more involved than simply doing a "save as html" function in IE. You need to be familiar with Joomla to get this done right. I will provide the purchased joomla template theme/package for you to use, if needed.
