Hello!
This project can be completed rather fast by someone who is skilled in CSS 3D Transform Models , HTML5, JAVASCRIPT and web design in general.
The project requirements go as follows:
I need to reproduce this type of CSS 3D carousel and add some interactivity, please consult the link bellow :

Each panel of the carousel will represent a category display for a restaurant menu.
When a user clicks on a panel, a menu-card (image+text & possibly video) appears bellow the carousel. The menu-card contains information relevant to the panel's category.
If a user was to click the same panel again, the menu-card is automatically refreshed with NEW menu-card that is chosen at random from a variety of menu cards from that same category. The same applies for each panel.
The menu-card should appear with a fade-in and have a smooth slide-flip effect. The 1st side that is visible should be a logo and the the flip side (2nd side) is where the image+text & possibly video is displayed.

The rotation of the carousel should be controlled with buttons, as shown in the example, or by hovering the mouse pointer in the desired direction.
I need:
Working example+Scrip+code+instructions as to how this can be implemented. It should all be with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, WEBKIT. If you have alternative suggestions please let me know.
The final product must be W3C compliant and viewable with all major WEBKIT browsers such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Opera.
