Urgent, HTML / CSS Programmer for a basic website

We are looking for a professional programmer to be responsible for implementing our CSS web HTML5 urgently. The whole design is ready. The programmer will have direct contact with our web designer that can help by giving support and facilities (all the wireframe are ready, included sections measures). The background of the website will be videos loaded at random. We have bought a flash component that offers this function, it means that an .SWF file must be charged as background.
