Animation Work in React Application

Need to implement Animation in React application where user will be shown list of messages one by one after certain period(for e.g 10 sec). The messages will be appearing as cube faces and will flip vertically after 10 sec to show another messages. And, the animation should get pause whenever user hovers on the message and should get resume when user removes mouse from message. (Basically, Animation should have the play/pause feature on mouse hovering).
