Custom code dynamic sliders for website -- 2

Hi! I have a simple design with a series of sliders. Depending on where the slider is moved to, the final value with change. The idea is that people either choose the "Freelancer" option or the "In House" option. When they click on the "Generate total cost" button a new page will be loaded where the total will be displayed. ( I need to be able to input the numbers/costs somewhere). I use Dorik to code and manage my website. It is a no-code builder, so this needs to be custom coded and inserted into the site. This project is for HTML, CSS AND JAVASCRIPT. I am not interested in just html and css. I have the design in Figma (You must know how to use Figma). The end result must be exactly the same as the design file and of course scale properly on mobile devices. You only need to code the sliders and the result. The rest of the page is coded.
