I am looking to create a program/software/system that will monitor a Live feed of Twitter for certain keyword combinations and create a system to reply to those Tweets with a marketing message offering a service.

For example, if you search Twitter for the word "Freelancer" and you view the Live feed of results for tweets that include the word, you get something like this:

I would like to create a system that could automatically send those accounts a message with an offer & link to a website offering a relevant service. Multiple accounts may be needed to tweet the replies, as I anticipate up to 1,000 messages/tweets per day would need to be sent and one single Twitter account may get suspended if that much activity is coming from one account.
