Django developer for complex async web app

We have an existing application in production that needs some new features and bug fixes. The first project we have teed up involves building out some two way communication between our front and back-ends that we can't currently handle. We're estimating that project at 2-5 weeks, depending upon availability and skill level. Ideally, we'd like to find someone who will stay on after the first project and would be willing to take over as the core developer on a part-time to full-time basis (depending on the rate). Platforms: Heroku, Azure Server: Ubuntu, Nginx Back-End: Django, gevent, Celery, Kombu, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL Front-End: Web sockets, bootstrap A strong applicant must have solid experience with Django in production. We'd prefer someone who is already familiar with asynchronous coding for single-threaded I/O bound tasks (experience in languages other than Python are OK, especially Go or Node). We work in the legal field and deal with very sensitive information. Freelancer must be willing to sign an NDA. Freelancer must be in the Americas for time zone reasons.
