Drupal expert needed for custom theme modifications

I need an expert Drupal developer to make some modifications to a custom Drupal theme. The theme has 3 pages(home page and 2 internal pages that are similar to the home page). The website is using the Omega Drupal theme for responsive layouts.
The things I need you to do are:
1. Change the colors to match the color scheme

[url removed, login to view] the size of the photos
[url removed, login to view] the event icons
The website is already running on the development website and I need you to make changes to the css and javascript.
I’ll give you access to the Drupal admin interface to add any images and make any changes there, but I CAN'T give you FTP access. I’ll need you to add all of the images and make the modifications in the Drupal admin and then save the pages as a local html page and write the css locally and send me the stylesheets to deploy.
