Micro Perl CGI rotator for ad Code ( Pop'up code)

NB : I need PERL CGI script rotator to roll javascript codes for pop'up . script will not create popups but will just roll javascript codes and these codes will generate pop'ups by it self 1- First Code (of popup ad) will run after 60 seconds of full page load and will end after 500 seconds. 2- Second Code (of popup ad) will run after 120 seconds and will end after 10 minutes. 3- Third Code (of popup ad) will run after 300 seconds and will end after 20 minutes. 4- Fourth Code (of popup ad) will run after 10 minutes and will end after 30 minutes. 5- Fifth Code (of popup ad) will run after 30 minutes and will end after 40 minutes. Project must be only with Perl CGI Javascript jquery The script must support be hosted in cgi-bin folder. No need css or [login to view URL] style.
