Mix two webpages styles

I would like to have the HTML/CSS code in an easy way to edit it and publish it any time with similar information.
I will use Highcharts to create the graphs. I’d like to know where I need to put the Highcharts JS Code in my html for the graph to use the designed space for charts.
My web is:

Issues that I loved from the desire webpage:
The possibility to put a small video or an image gif. I just need that you indicate me the line that I need to change in the future, to put my desire video/image and the caractheristics size, resolution, etc. I already put a comment where is the section for video. <! PUT VIDEO HERE -- -->
My main problem is that I know a little about html, I just copied the code and try to adapt.
In the mix the header and footer it’s not the same as my original. I know that mixing 2 sets of indications is causing this.
I need to have a very clean page and easy to change it in the future. The graphs are the most important things, since I used it a lot.
