MVC ASP.NET application for Timesheet management

I have an existing Timesheet application built on MVC/ C# and I want to further enhance it with additional requirements. The application is deployed on Azure (No Azure knowledge is required to work on this). I need an expert person to work on this productively and efficiently. Required skills will be MVC, Webgrids, C#, Code First and most importantly jQuery/ Javascript knowledge.
What existing application does?
1. Ability to create/edit projects, assign/edit team members with different Roles.
2. Ability for Team Members to fill Timesheet for the project and Admin/ Project Managers can approve/ reject the same. Project Managers can also fill Timesheets, presently not for the managing project, but a higher project that he/she belongs to.
What further enhancements do I want?
1. Ability for Team members to see due Timesheets (if Team member belongs to multiple projects, he will see multiple). Ability for Project Managers to see TMs who have not filled Timesheet.
2. Ability for PMs/Admin to create timesheets in batches (for a week/ month or entire project duration) for Team members in a project and assign them.
3. At the moment, there is no logging for Timesheet approval/ rejection. We need to add that functionality, all business logic & database changes will be provided readymade.
Further requirements can be added in the future and be re-estimated. I want people who are flexible, dedicated and fast in writing code and also be able to work on tight deadlines. Want to continue this development cycle for long term. In order to avoid conflicts on estimations and effort required, please feel free to get in touch, for a demo of the application/ code.
