Need to automate data copy/paste between two Adobe Acrobat forms using Javascript.

I have two Adobe fillable forms; Shipping Request Form (SRF) and Packing List. When an employee fills in the SRF, they submit the form to the shipping department who then manually transfers that info to a Packing List. I would like to have the ability to automatically populate a Packing List Form with the information from the SRF to eliminate the manual population of the Packing List form. The fields include two address sections (8 fields each) and the list of items being shipped (order quantity, ship quantity, item description, unit of measure). Would like a button or similar on the SRF to kick off the script.
Deliverables
Acrobat form (existing) with working javascript automation, including source code for future debugging or modification.
