223633 PSD to Joomla 1.5 Template

I need my psd turned into a joomla 1.5 template. For the right and left positions, any modules in this section will switch the title color alternatively, you can see what I mean in the jpg attached. (Ex. If I have 4 modules at the right position, the first module will be yellow, second will be blue, third will be yellow, 4th will be blue, etc.). This template should be coded to correct web standards in css.
