fix issue with joomla plugin

plugin sends email when order is placed on our website, sending to our manufacturer.

this email is not containing the full address (missing country), need to add country to shipping address in email.

Also the email is sending multiple times (i think it sending again when edit order in back end of site) please test and fix so that email ONLY send when order is set to complete, not any other time.
