Make some changes to Membership Pro extension on Joomla

We have the Membership Pro extension installed on our Joomla website, and we need the following changes made to the front end display:
On Product (Subscription info) page: [url removed, login to view]
-Remove Duration info on subscription description page (the box that says "duration" and "Lifetime" right now. We want to leave the price on though).
-Move the sign up button to underneath the subscription price so that it is also to the right of the description
-Change the text of the sign up button to "Start Today!"
On User Profile: (You will need user login to see this)
--hide tab "My Subscriptions"
--hide tab "Subscription History"
