Create Facebook - Laravel connection

I am looking for someone to create a laravel package or library, that we can use in our laravel application.
What we need :
- User should be able to connect to het Facebook account
- user can create an event on facebook on behalf of her account or pages she manages (the info for the event will be provided from our application)
- user can get the data of the event she created on facebook and insert them to our application (get a list of her own facebook events, select one and retrieve the data)
- need to use facebook API (no hacking or scraping)
for creating an fb event, input data is a JSON and for retrieving data from fb also data should be as a json
