Get potential clients to sign up to my service through phone calls and emails.

I have a list of leads. I would like someone based in Europe to call them or email them, telling them about my company and get them to sign up to my pre-defined service offering. Proficiency in English is a must. The candidate selected will get all the details and leads. Only candidates based in Europe please. This is important as myself and the leads are in that time-zone.
